The Patrick Beaver Learning Resource Center was incorporated late 1999 to serve children that had specific learning challenges, their families, and professionals in the community that interacted with them. Although we are a small nonprofit, we have successfully initiated numerous educational endeavors that have increased the awareness of the needs of children that struggle with learning. These projects have included training for teachers and volunteers, education and support for parents of children with learning problems, referral to area and regional resources, community-wide presentations by noted speakers, and one-on-one tutoring for low income children.

Our board and staff are dedicated to helping children with learning differences succeed.
